The cooking class is led by Chef Floriana and will allow guests to discover the secrets of tradition, passed down through the ages.
The cooking class will immerse us in the typical flavors of Roman cuisine, through some iconic dishes and recipes of the local tradition.
During the class, guests will learn how to prepare ravioli, tortellini, tortelloni and stuffed pasta.
Skills will be acquired in making the dough, rolling out the sheet of pasta, and sealing different types of filled pasta.
