Cooking Class in Rome

Palazzo Venere offers a cooking class in Rome dedicated to our country's iconic food, pasta.

An experience that aims to enrich the hotel stay and gives guests the opportunity to experience relaxing moments while learning tricks and secrets of pasta making.

The cooking class is led by Chef Floriana and will allow guests to discover the secrets of tradition, passed down through the ages.

Pasta cooking class in Rome

The cooking class will immerse us in the typical flavors of Roman cuisine, through some iconic dishes and recipes of the local tradition.

During the class, guests will learn how to prepare ravioli, tortellini, tortelloni and stuffed pasta.

Skills will be acquired in making the dough, rolling out the sheet of pasta, and sealing different types of filled pasta.

• Two-hour pasta class session
• Cookbook
• Menu consisting of 4 courses: appetizer, two first courses and tiramisu
• Selection of 4 paired wines
• The pasta class is available in Italian, English and French.
